Percent decrease: 17.95
Note: The city has experienced four decreases in the last five months.
Fiscal year-to-date total: $21,301,477
Percent Increase from last year: 6.47
Amount dedicated in July to pay off the Scharbauer Sports Complex and fund the Midland Development Corp.: $429,423
